Depending on clients’ requirements, POLARKON is able to get the photovoltaics systems permits, approvals and plant certificates from the local authorities in Germany.
Does POLARKON give project consultancy and recommendations to its customers?
Yes, POLARKON gives project consultancy for any aspect of a solar carport, including the steel structures, photovoltaic system design, connection design while considering its customers’ demands and requirements.
Does POLARKON supplies all the components of the solar carports?
POLARKON supplies, fabricates and installs the steel structures of the solar carports, and supplies the photovoltaic system’s components from CE certified PV manufacturers specific for each project’s design and requirements.
Approximately how much power can be generated from a Solar Carport for each square meter?
With respect to current technology, a PV with monocrystalline PERC Half-Cut technology can generate approximately 200-220 W per square meter, depending on the panel brand, technology and its efficiency.
How to track the data of the photovoltaic systems after installation?
Once the installation is complete and commissioning is carried out, all the data regarding the photovoltaic panels’ health, efficiency and the total system power can be simultaneously tracked via the inverter’s application and/or website.
What happens when one or more photovoltaics panel/components are malfunctioned?
If one or more of photovoltaic panels are malfunctioning, POLARKON first investigates the issue at the site, then replaces the malfunctioned panels/components within the product warranty terms.
Does POLARKON offer installation services?
Yes, POLARKON fully plans and executes the installation works of the steel structures, foundation works and optionally photovoltaic systems of its Solar Carport projects.
Does POLARKON offer any alternative materials instead of steel for Solar Carports?
If requested, POLARKON can design, develop and supply aluminum or timber alternatives for Solar Carport projects, however, both of these alternatives are currently being developed and studied.
